Marketing: Approaching Your Store Like a Publisher Would

Lisa Urhik, president of Franklin Fixtures and founder of Plenty on Spring Bookstore, will help attendees see their store through the eyes of a publisher and editor -- understand your market, develop your "cover" experience, and cultivate the entrance to your store. Learn how to ensure that there is flow throughout the store, and that the characters and subplots you introduce in your curated displays work together. And finally, learn to edit for clarity and make sure there is an arc to the shopping experience you're offering.
