SpringCon 2026 Vendor Showcase Single Table

Showcase tables are for gift and sideline (non-book) vendors only.

In the event of an in-person show cancellation by MPIBA, we will refund all Vendor Showcase charges, and convert any in-person advertising and promotions to their virtual equivalent. Exhibitors will work directly with the Menger Hotel to discuss the logistics and costs of returning booth materials. If an exhibitor cancels before April 15, a refund, minus a $50 service fee will be issued. No refunds will be issued after April 15 for cancellations.
