FallCon 2025 Cancellation Policy:
In the event of an in-person show cancellation by MPIBA, we will refund all Exhibit Hall charges, and convert any in-person advertising and promotions to their virtual equivalent. Exhibitors will work directly with drayage company to discuss the logistics and costs of returning booth materials. If an "Early Bird" exhibitor cancels their own attendance after July 1, the exhibit hall cost will be refunded less a fee of the difference between Early Bird and regular pricing. If a non-"Early-Bird" exhibitor cancels before August 15, a refund, minus a $100 service fee will be issued. No refunds will be issued after August 16 for cancellations.
