Organization Overview
Bookworks is a generalist bookstore with a strong literature, non-fiction and children's sections. It is known for high-quality author events, including local, regional and national writers. The store provides books to schools and libraries throughout the region, as well as supporting a number of community non-profits. It is an LLC, owned by a group of community investors. Two people, Shannon Guinn-Collins and Nancy Guinn, are the majority owners and oversee store operations. There are 11 employees.
