All Winter Catalogs are imprinted with your store’s logo, branding, and message; MPIBA no longer offers “regular, non-imprinted” catalogs.

If you are a bookstore NEW to the imprint process, MPIBA pays for your entire shipping charges to your bookstore, newspaper destinations, and other locations.

Winter Catalog Orders OVER 6,000 Total Quantity
Shipped via Truck
Allow at least two weeks or more for delivery, as these trucks make multiple stops before they get to you or your newspaper. Based on the destinations and quantities you specify below, your shipment is sent by truck to newspapers, the bookstore, and/or other locations.

MPIBA will invoice you for the trucked freight charges and you can pay by credit card or by sending a check. Let us know if you need an estimate in advance.

Shipping is FREE for your first box of 500 imprinted Winter Catalogs; MPIBA will invoice you for shipping on the balance of your order at $18 per box of 500 catalogs.

Shipping is FREE if you are a bookstore new to the imprint process.

ALL catalogs delivered to the bookstore address (and for Every Door Direct Mail) are shipped out via ground service in boxes of 500 with packets of Shelf Talkers included.

MPIBA will invoice you for Winter Catalog shipping charges, if any. You can then pay by credit card or by sending a check to the address listed on your invoice.

  • ALL Winter Catalogs produced by MPIBA are store-specific and are imprinted with your store logo on the front, and logo, address, coupon, map, etc., on the back.
    Your "Grand Total" immediately below includes newspaper insertions, mailings, in-store, and around town uses.
    For your newspaper rep: The Winter Catalog is 12 pages, saddle-stitched (stapled), with a trim size of 6.125” x 10.75”. The weight for one catalog is .053125 pounds or .85 ounces.

  • Please note that your imprint must be set up differently in order to qualify for EDDM.
    With Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) Retail service from the U.S. Postal Service, you can reach the market that matters most to your business: nearby neighborhoods.
    Postage can be as low as 14.5¢ per piece – and you don’t even need to know names or street addresses. You simply identify the neighborhoods you want to target, and your printed piece is delivered with the day’s mail to every address.
    Here’s how to participate:
    -Imprinted Winter Catalogs will be shipped to your bookstore address with the required USPS EDDM information in place.
    -You can send up to 5,000 catalogs out per day.
    -There are no minimums; quantities are based upon individual mail carrier’s total route.
    -Per-piece weight cannot exceed 3.3 ounces - our 12-page Winter Catalog measures 6 1/8" x 10 3/4" (6.125" x 10.75") and weighs .053125 pounds or .85 ounces.
