Author Appearance Opportunities

Final event descriptions and schedules will be determined as authors are pitched. In addition to appearance fees, plan to provide ARCs or finished books for attendees. Use the form linked below to pitch your authors today!
  • Author! Author! Events
  • $600
  • Authors enjoy a meal with a table of booksellers, and talk briefly about their new books (~5 minutes) to the entire audience. Followed by signing.
     
    • Up to 12 authors.
    • 50+ print ARCs or finished books.

  • Author Speed-Dating with Signing Reception
  • $600
  • A fast-paced event where authors move from table to table, meeting booksellers and offering their best "elevator pitch" (~4 minutes). Following the pitch event, authors will sign books at a reception.

    • Up to 12 authors.
    • 50+ print ARCs or finished books.

  • $800Panel or Presentation Events
  • Authors will give individual book presentations and/or join a moderated panel discussion, followed by attendee Q&A and signing.

  • Booksellers LOVE hearing directly from publishers and vendors.

    Showcase your most important and exciting titles and products!

    • Free placement for up to 2 titles/products in the show Galley & Sample Room
    • Free admittance to the Meet Our Reps Happy Hour Reception
    • Edelweiss collection or catalog (provided by you) emailed to all booksellers registered for SpringCon.
    • All books and items must be available for bookstores to stock at standard wholesale terms.

    • Booksellers are so excited to receive ARCs of forthcoming books and samples of great gift items and sidelines. The show Galley & Sample Room will be manned, and open throughout the show at specific times, allowing attendees to browse and find just the books and gifts they’re excited to read, recommend, and stock.
