We’ll kick off SpringCon 2020 with four authors presenting their highly anticipated forthcoming books and answering questions posed by our moderator.
Representatives from our valued publishing partners will have five minutes each to present some of their most exciting books of the season. Attendees will enjoy a tasty buffet lunch while discovering some wonderful new books.
MPIBA marketing, education and event programs are designed with your store’s success in mind. Learn how to make the most of your MPIBA membership and sell more books with via your membership benefits.
Bookseller round-tables on a variety of subjects. Suggest topics of interest at the registration table, then participate in two 30-minute idea exchanges.
Create your own original content and engage with your community using IngramSpark. Learn how bookstores are implementing their own author consulting programs, author education programs, and/or printing & publishing programs. Create store branded materials and original books that are relevant to your community. Offer printing and publishing services to local authors as a new revenue stream.
Nicole Magistro of Bookworm of Edwards will share stories of her successful Annual Community Writing Contest and Author Education Workshop Series. Josh Floyd of IngramSpark will share how bookstores across the country are engaging with and creating content for their local communities.
Ten authors will join our bookseller attendees for an engaging evening of books and conversation. Our author guests will dine with booksellers, and each will have 5 minutes to present their book to the entire audience.
