Townie Books

Townie Books is located adjacent to Rumors Coffee and Tea House in downtown Crested Butte. We opened in June of 2011. We offer the newest titles in fiction and non-fiction as well as an extensive selection of children’s books and books with Colorado specific themes. Journals, games, puzzles, maps and other supplemental gifts are also a specialty of Townie Books. The cafe adds a cozy inviting atmosphere to enjoy browsing the books, sipping some tea or surfing the web. We also host special events like book signings, readings, poetry night and live music.
