Call for Authors

FINAL EVENT DESCRIPTIONS AND SCHEDULES WILL BE DETERMINED AS AUTHORS ARE PITCHED.

Virtual appearances may be available, though the opportunity is not guaranteed. When pitching, please indicate if the author is available for in-person only, virtual only, or either.

 

In addition to appearance fees, plan to provide ARCs or finished books for attendees.

    Authors will give 5-minute individual book presentations. Then join a moderated panel with Q&A.

    Authors enjoy a meal with a table of booksellers, & talk briefly about their new books to the audience.
     
  • Keynote Presentation
  • $1000Minimum 100 print ARCs or finished books
  • Up to 5 authors per event.

    Authors will be introduced and present themselves and their work for 10 minutes or more. Keynote presentations will be to the largest audiences at the show.

Exhibit Hall Author Signings

Authors attending the show to sign at your booth must have an “Exhibit Hall Author Badge” which can be purchased for $100 per author. Authors signing in the Exhibit Hall will be listed on FallCon.org with your booth information. You are welcome to promote specific signing times and additional details via show advertising, or in-booth signage.

Booksellers LOVE hearing directly from reps and publishers. Pick of the Lists allows you to showcase your most important, and undiscovered, titles for the fall holiday season and early 2022 sales!

FallCon 2021 Cancellation Policy:

In the event of an in-person show cancellation by MPIBA (as a result of government action), we will refund all Exhibit Hall charges, and convert any in-person advertising and promotions to their virtual equivalent. Exhibitors will work directly with Coast to Coast to discuss the logistics and costs of returning booth materials. All virtual promotions and advertising would remain in place. If an Exhibitor cancels their own attendance prior to September 15, a refund, minus a $100 service fee will be issued; no refunds will be issued after 9/15/21 for Exhibitor cancellations.
