In the event of an in-person show cancellation by MPIBA, we will refund all Exhibit Hall charges, and convert any in-person advertising and promotions to their virtual equivalent. Exhibitors will work directly with Coast to Coast to discuss the logistics and costs of returning booth materials. If a participant cancels their own attendance prior to August 18, a refund, minus a $100 service fee will be issued; no refunds will be issued after August 18 for cancellations.

The show Galley & Sample Room will be manned, and open throughout the show at specific times, allowing attendees to browse and find the books and sideline items they’re excited to read, recommend, and sell.
