Please note that it is THREE TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE to ship your books and materials directly to the hotel than it is to ship to Coast to Coast Trade Show Services.
The hotel does not have the personnel/facilities for handling, overseeing, or storing your Trade Show shipment … and MPIBA never knows where your valuable items might end up. Coast to Coast and MPIBA must then find your shipment, identify it, remove it from the hotel, store it, and deliver it back in time for the Trade Show, which is time-consuming and costly. If you ship directly to the hotel, you will incur additional charges from Coast to Coast for handling your shipment.

Please use the shipping labels provided in this packet, as they identify whether your shipment is destined for the exhibit hall floor or for an author appearance at the Show. You do NOT need an MPIBA-assigned booth/table number in order to complete the Order Form in this Exhibitor Services Manual.
